The Challenge

Société Générale approached Sporting Edge to support their senior leadership event in Paris with a keynote speech that would engage a senior international audience. As a sponsor of both the World Cup Rugby 2015 and the Olympic Games in Rio 2016, high performance sport is a key association for the bank who pride themselves on the strength of their teamwork.

The Solution

Sporting Edge founder Jeremy Snape created a one hour presentation which drew parallels with the key business objectives of this global team which was brought to life by Sporting Edge’s unique research.

With key themes around resilience and driving agility, this inspiring session drew on video insights from the psychology of the Tour De France, World Cup Rugby coaches and showcased how the South African Cricket Team have sustained their success through developing a world class team culture.

The Result
