The Challenge CIPD produces digital programmes that are accessed worldwide. Their challenge was to find high quality content that fulfilled current learning trends (relevant, bite sized, and accessible content) and could be deployed easily by busy people within the workplace. With the traditional learning model no longer being viable and with around 42% of workers accessing online content in their own time from sites such as You Tube, CIPD needed a new learning and delivery model that incorporated video.
